Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order items, including some 14k gold pieces, may take 2-3 weeks to craft before shipping.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Made-to-order 14k gold items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at atelierkheops@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
