Atelier Kheops is an online-only brand, which allows us to offer luxury-quality jewelry at an accessible price.

4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

1. Where is your jewelry made?
Our pieces are carefully crafted by skilled artisans in Turkey, with select designs produced in Thailand.
We partner only with trusted workshops that follow ethical labor practices and maintain high-quality craftsmanship. Each piece is inspected to ensure it meets Atelier Kheops’ standards of beauty and durability.


2. What materials do you use?
We specialize in:

14K Solid Gold pieces — made to last for generations.

Gold Vermeil jewelry — crafted from a thick layer of 14K solid gold over 925 sterling silver.
All our jewelry is nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant when properly cared for.


3. Is Atelier Kheops sustainable?
Sustainability and longevity are core to our brand.
We use recycled precious metals and eco-friendly packaging made from recyclable materials. Our pieces are designed to be worn and cherished for years — not replaced every season.


4. Do you have a warranty?
Yes! All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty covering tarnishing and manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or exposure to chemicals.
